London Marathon Events wanted to consolidate their tech stack. As users of the HiBob HR platform, they took the opportunity to migrate their payroll away from their incumbent supplier and on to HiBob’s UK Payroll offering.

There’s a lot to get right when it comes to changing your payroll system. Our meticulous approach ensured that all 500+ employees had their data successfully migrated across. This is no mean feat when there are 27 pay elements, 23 different pension contribution variants, and a combination of permanent and casual staff. Our experienced team executed the migration meticulously, conducting two parallel runs to compare the output of UK Payroll compared to the original system and ensure its accuracy.
We continue to work closely with the London Marathon Events team, providing ongoing managed payroll for them using their new UK Payroll platform. Our Payroll Managers collaborate with the in-house department, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time, every time. The partnership has been so successful that it has already been extended once, and we hope it is just the beginning!
