V Group are a long-standing Phase 3 customer. Initially we acted as their implementation partner for Sage People, configuring the system for their international workforce. We have since continued to support them with ongoing maintenance and optimisation through our managed service option.

We have of course delivered a number of projects over these years, including implementing new Sage People modules, creating automation in processes such as recruitment and payroll, and configuring compensation and leave.
It is telling that over time the amount of support hours per month has been reduced, as the internal team continue to learn and develop thanks to our consultants consistently sharing their knowledge and enabling the team to act independently with confidence.
