We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive, to join us at Phase 3, a leading People Technology company based in Manchester. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the execution and delivery of integrated online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role will focus on enhancing our brand and driving leads and enquiries through digital communications.

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will have extensive knowledge of CRM systems, be adept in all digital marketing technologies and have worked confidently within B2B Marketing, ideally in HR or People Technology.

Essential Requirements:
Educated to a degree level ideally in Marketing or Communications
Marketing qualification CIM/IDM highly desirable
3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
Key responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will:

Developing, managing, and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Acting as the owner of the CRM system – e.g. contact management, list management, workflow creation and reporting
Optimising our company website to increase traffic, lead generation and site engagement
Creating engaging and effective marketing copy for use across a variety of channels including web, email, print and social
Working cross functionally to inform other business area of marketing strategies and campaigns
Listening and acting on feedback from other business areas about marketing campaigns, marketplace changes and customer feedback
Updating and uploading content to our website
Creation of engaging, high quality content for use across multiple channels
Tracking performance of digital channels through regular reporting on Google Analytics and other analytical software
Ensuring all marketing activity aligns to our brand and strategic positioning
Assisting with event organisation, planning and follow up
Creation of photography and promotional imagery
Contribution to PPC and SEO campaigns
Taking a highly data driven and analytical approach to marketing activities to drive continual improvement and identify new marketing opportunities
Regularly review competitor activity to understand and react to the market

The PR & Marketing Executive will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the PR, social and events calendar whilst embedding our brand and creating positive relationships in the People Technology industry to create and sustain a positive reputation through direct communications and events.

Essential Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a brand/PR marketing role
Key responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will:

Assist with the public relations strategy and deliver that strategy in conjunction with the Marketing Team
Cultivate relationships with influential print, digital and broadcast journalists or thought leaders within the People Technology sector
Write or approve media releases and other press materials
Write or approve digital content for social media outlets, such as regular posts, blogs or tweets
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Assist in the delivery of the Phase 3 events strategy at least 12 months ahead to maximise exposure
Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure events are delivered flawlessly
Ensure speakers are fully briefed and have high quality resources to deliver events
Assist the Marketing Manager with monthly reports for the senior management at Phase 3 to review all activity and return on investment
Ensure consistency of brand tone and articulation across all touchpoints
Manage the internal communication relating to the new brand positioning and PR activity
Work alongside the Marketing manager to market our attendance at external events and to promote attendance at Phase 3 events
Ensure all social media channels are up to date and responses are swift
Attendance and contribution to Marketing and PR meetings, working closely with the sales and business development team
Leverage content on behalf of the Marketing Manager, identifying trends in information sought by our clients to enable to team to deliver content
Ensure follow up from events is executed quickly and with relevant information
Be able to work effectively under pressure individually, whilst remaining a strong team player.
Have interest in implementing systems and adapting procedures towards achieving ongoing improvement of the company’s external activities.
