Phase 3 are seeking HR/Payroll professionals with a desire to progress into the world of People Technology. The purpose of the role is to support the consultancy and services delivery at Phase 3 by supporting projects and initiatives lead by the consultancy team, ensuring effective and excellent delivery. Assistant Consultants are the first port of call for all client queries and issues and so the role is client focused.

Join our growing managed services team supporting clients all over the UK with full and part managed payroll services. Using a range of HR and Payroll software applications our managed services team provide an excellent, high quality and customer focused service to thousands of employees each month.
You will be responsible for managing the weekly, monthly and lunar pay cycles of our managed services clients utilising a variety of applications. Our managed services team operate to over 99% accuracy and this we expect to maintain.
As part of the role you will learn to configure payroll applications to support the consulting team when urgent needs arise for payroll specialism.
