    The company

    Miele is a premium German manufacturer of high-end domestic appliances and commercial equipment. They offer a wide range of products, including washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, vacuum cleaners, and built-in kitchen appliances.

    Phase 3 provided Miele with a tailored input sheet that matched their dataset

    In most months, triple data entry was required due to poor service provided by another payroll consultancy. The outsourced payroll company was not meeting Miele’s needs and provided a standardised input sheet. Any errors highlighted needed to be resolved by Miele, which normally involved manual fixes.

The input sheet we provided was tailored to their datasets and any errors were resolved on behalf of the client so there was minimal input from their side once everything was initially set up.
