Who we are
The team contains former HR and Payroll practitioners who understand what it’s like to walk in your shoes. They have “been there and done that”, seen what works and what doesn’t and use this experience to help HR professionals to overcome common challenges. They act as an extension to your team, providing an external perspective and specialist expertise.
They embody our knowledge sharing mentality and actively develop a client’s internal teams to foster self-sufficiency. They also host regular events and user groups to share insights with clients and to help them to stay ahead in the fast-paced world of HR and Payroll.

Simon Davis – Head of Partner Delivery
Simon joined us in 2017, leading our technical consultancy talent for Phase 3’s partnerships. An experienced and exceptional technician, Simon manages team capabilities, developments and maintains direct project leadership and governance. He works with clients to implement and manage their systems, fitting the company’s needs and making sure the client’s systems are set up in a way that allows them to get the most out of their investment to support long term customer success.
Mike Westwood – Lead Consultant
Mike leads the CoreHR Consulting Team and overseas the running of the CoreHR payroll managed services. He supports clients, from inputting and running their payroll, to enabling them to utilise the CoreHR system they have invested their time and money into.
Having previously worked as a CoreHR implementation partner consultant, Mike has a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the CoreHR system. He has knowledge of a full employee lifecycle approach and the implementation of all of the interconnecting modules that CoreHR has to offer.
Emma Perris – Lead Consultant
Emma is a Lead Consultant with Phase 3 and is a problem solving and critical asset. She enables businesses to realise true returns from their systems and, challenges the ‘way things have always been done’. A firm believer in a participative style of engagement to encourage ideas and decision making. Successfully working in the B2B market place Emma has created and developed HCM solutions right through to implementation stages and, ensures organisations are confident and comfortable with their technology.

We provide remote and on-site iTrent consultancy to support all businesses. This includes health checks, configuration, training, advice, and guidance.
Our team of experts are highly skilled on all modules of CoreHR, Report Writing and Payroll Processing. Having transitioned from the early releases of CoreHR to the latest system, we know the tips and tricks available in CoreHR. The team can work with clients to diagnose, examine, design, implement or conduct CoreHR training and coach clients towards a self-sufficient position.
