We partner with a number of technology suppliers and act as the implementation team or service integrator for their products. Our consultants have a wide range of experience with many of the leading solutions and are experts, not administrators.

Implementation as a service

You will be assigned a named consultant (who is part of a larger team) who will be responsible for your day-to-day implementation. Our implementation as a service offering covers the entire implementation of the software including: Data Extract Transform and Load (ETL), solution design and scoping, configuration and build, process reviews, security and setup, communications and engagement, project management, training, testing, go live planning and rollout and lessons learned with a handover to business as usual (BAU) support.

Quality assurance and implementation review

Where the vendor has implemented the software, our team of implementation specialists can quality review the entire project and build, holding the supplier to the project plan and ensuring adequate resources have been applied from the supplier to ensure project success. This arrangement helps assure a robust implementation which is future-proof and fit for purpose.

Testing support

Testing should always be carried out by the customer or a third party to avoid the software vendor being the ‘pupil marking their own homework’. Our independent test specialists will test your new solution, provide failure reports and recommendations for fixes, as well as ensuring the solution delivers against the agreed scope and design documentation.
