You will be assigned a named consultant (who is part of a larger team) who will be responsible for your day-to-day implementation. Where the vendor has implemented the software, our team of implementation specialists can quality review the entire project and build, holding the supplier to the project plan and ensuring adequate resources have been applied from the supplier to ensure project success. This arrangement helps assure a robust implementation which is future-proof and fit for purpose.
Testing should always be carried out by the customer or a third party to avoid the software vendor being the ‘pupil marking their own homework’. Our independent test specialists will test your new solution, provide failure reports and recommendations for fixes, as well as ensuring the solution delivers against the agreed scope and design documentation.
They’ve taken a very difficult process and streamlined it from start to finish. We get hands on, practical support when we need it most. The team don’t just fix our issues for us, they break it down in a simple way so that we can learn from them at the same time.
