Adam Ford – Head of Managed Services

Adam leads our Managed Services team and oversees the successful delivery of our payroll managed services to clients. He develops bespoke managed payroll services for clients – for the long or short term – and manages the team to ensure absolute accuracy and efficiency. Adam’s payroll knowledge and experience is insurmountable – as is his ability to translate complex payroll conversations into understandable bite sized chunks.

Application Consultant Adam Scott

Adam Scott – Application Consultant

Adam works with our clients across different payroll systems including iTrent, Brightpay and Dayforce. He has experience of the full end to end payroll process from monthly inputs to running final reports. As an application consultant, he also supports iTrent clients on-site with implementation including payroll, security, time and expenses and system healthchecks to help them get the most out of their software.

Kerry Woodlock Payroll Consultant

Kerry Woodlock – Payroll Manager

Kerry is responsible for processing payrolls and manages client queries for some of the payroll systems we support. Since 2001, Kerry has worked in payroll for a wide range of organisations alongside roles in HR and Finance. This has given her the skills and knowledge to understand different organisational needs.

What we do

Our team of experts support clients in a variety of ways from covering month end processes to providing a fully managed payroll service where we become your payroll department – with a growing team covering a range of sectors from Professional Services, Care, Health, Education and the Arts our team are on hand to support you.

A dedicated payroll consultant will work with you to get to know your business and the day to day operations. The consulting team can also offer additional support should there be unpredicted increases in workload or shortened timescales to deliver a fast turnaround. If the business requires additional development consultancy, this can be delivered by the same team who is familiar with your company and account to ensure personnel continuity.

We offer three levels of service which cover the end to end processes but also those additional items which often causes client’s trouble. Each service can be tailored to meet your payroll requirements – whatever the size and budget.

Level 1 – Month End

In this service, clients have an in-house team who can handle the transactional aspects of payroll and want the assurance that month end processes are accurate, audited, and compliant. We process payroll in line with best practices, reviewing all statutory payments and deductions, producing payroll reports and more.

Level 2 – Payroll Input

A client may not have the time or the resources in-house to complete payroll input. We work with you to determine the most efficient and accurate way to enter payroll data. This could include processing new starters, leavers, salary changes, overpayments, voluntary pension contributions, as well as providing monthly reports on transaction KPIs. As an additional option, employees can access our helpline with any queries and receive a guaranteed response within 2 hours during the working day.

Level 3 – Fully Managed Payroll Service

Our end-to-end service is for clients who don’t have the time or the team to complete payroll processes. We can take care of month end, payroll input and all aspects of payroll including documentation, monthly pension reporting, audit compliant processes and procedures and providing regular business updates on issues.

Our payroll services are government approved through the G-Cloud 12 framework, making it easier for public sector departments to access our payroll solutions.
