Who we are
The Partnerships team is made up of highly skilled HR and Payroll technology specialists who have worked across HR management, HR and Payroll software procurement, Programme Management, Project Management, Account Management, Business Development and Sales. They have seen the HRIS software world from all angles. They know first-hand many of the common challenges in selecting, implementing and getting the most out of HRIS solutions and use this experience to help partners achieve their goals.
What we do
We work with partners to form a symbiotic relationship, sharing knowledge, best practices, and enhancing business opportunities. We offer four partnership opportunities which cover different business needs from content marketing, advertising to client project management support and delivering the customer success experience.
We will work with you and your clients to deliver a seamless customer experience to help deliver your HRIS projects. Delivery partnerships aim to increase delivery capacity and capability while reducing any resourcing issues. The team can provide customers with business case development, project scoping and discovery, implementation and UAT testing through to go live. As a one stop shop for People technology, we can provide managed and outsourced HR and Payroll services tailored to suit the business.
A business may not have the time, resources or expertise in-house to complete complex HRIS projects. This is where we can step in and support your clients. This could include migrating data out of legacy systems, project management, project discovery and technical configuration as well as providing independent user acceptance testing of the build.

Our A-Z vendor provides a place to market your products and services and gets you in front of potential clients looking for HRIS technology. We’ll create a dedicated profile for your solution alongside advertising your events on our website and in our newsletter, which is sent to our community of senior business and HR decision makers.
As thought leaders in the HR and Payroll technology industry, we are happy to share our knowledge with the industry – completely impartially. We can work with partners on marketing activities from content generation for trade publications, social media or newsletters, providing expert industry speakers for event panels and co-hosting events and webinars to showcase your products.
