Phase 3 and the G-Cloud Framework

The G-Cloud Framework is an online catalogue where public sector customers can buy cloud-based computing services such as hosting, software and cloud support; it includes many off-the-shelf, pay-as-you-go cloud solutions.

The framework is available for Central government, charities, education, health, local authority, blue light (police, fire, ambulance, search and rescue), devolved administrations and British overseas territories.

Phase 3 are a supplier of services through the G-Cloud Framework; these services include:

Payroll Software (Cloud Software – Offers applications that are usually accessed over the internet or private network and hosted in the cloud).

Payroll is often the largest expense for any organisation and the highest risk for compliance and financial burden. With our outsourced payroll software and services, you can be confident knowing your payroll is compliant and employees are paid accurately on time, every time.

HR, Payroll & Finance Software Support Services (Cloud Support – to help set up and maintain cloud software or hosting services).

We’ll partner with you to provide expertise at any stage of your project or systems journey. From selecting your new system, implementation services, development of your solutions or redeveloping systems, through to ongoing support in the BAU. Our team of HR, Payroll & Finance consultants ensure maximum value from technology.

Length of contract

Any call-off contract through the framework will initially last for a maximum of up to 36 months. You do have the option to extend once by up to 12 months.

The total call-off length should not be for more than 48 months (4 years). This includes the initial call-off duration plus the extension option. Certain restrictions apply to central government contract extensions.
