Phase 3 began life providing contract resources for HR and Payroll systems support, predominantly working with clients in the small to mid-tier software suppliers space. This model worked well in the early days and gave us a good understanding of the HR Tech space and prepared us for what was to come. We call this time in the business – Phase 3 (v1.0).
In 2014 our founder took the decision to develop an internal Professional Services practice and we hired our first consultant, James Proctor – now our Director of Professional & Managed Services!
Since 2014 our business has grown to over 60 employees across the UK with our head office based in the Northern Quarter of Manchester.
Fast forward to 2022 and we are now at Phase 3 (v2.0) ! Our services have expanded into the delivery of Professional Services for HR, Payroll and Finance teams and their associated software’s as well as becoming a managed services provider for System Support, Reporting and Analytics and of course our award-winning Managed Payroll Services.

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.
