Kick-off and discovery

First, we'll introduce you to your dedicated project team and agree timescales and project governance, to keep us all on track.

Implementing HiBob should not necessarily mean 'lifting and shifting' your existing processes across. HiBob has its own functionality and tools that you need to take advantage of, and our consultants know these inside and out. We'll help you align your business needs with HiBob's features, creating streamlined, optimised processes that work perfectly for you and your team.

Configuration and refinement

Once we have documented how Bob needs to work for you, your HiBob implementation team will get to work on building your system to your specification. It's the most technical part of an implementation project and will include the data migration from your previous system, a complex task in itself which we can also assist with if needed.

You and your team will also get involved at this point to test the system, with your feedback used to shape improvements to make your HiBob configuration the best it can be. It's a great opportunity to get a peek at what your HiBob portal will look, and to start getting to grips with it with the guidance of our consultants.

Roll-out and hyper-care

Now that you've tested your HiBob set-up and we have ironed out any niggles, it's time to roll it out to the wider team. Use our experience to ensure a smooth transition from your old system to HiBob, and know that every important element has been successfully transferred.

Our implementation support extends beyond going live; we remain at your disposal to assist with initial queries from you and your team, while you all get to grips with your new HR technology. User adoption and confidence is key to a successful implementation project, and with our HiBob consultants on hand, we know we can make that a reality for you.
