    Silverstone is one of the world’s most iconic motorsport venues, best known as the home of the British Grand Prix. Alongside hosting world-renowned racing events, Silverstone delivers year-round hospitality, corporate experiences, and large-scale public events.

    Silverstone’s existing HR and payroll processes could not support the scale and pace of future growth.

    Their workforce structure created additional complexity, including fluctuating employee volumes, varying working patterns, and demanding operational requirements. At the same time, the project needed to deliver both Sage People and Sage People Payroll within a fixed and business-critical timeframe.

    The implementation also involved multiple teams, methodologies, and the introduction of Sage’s new Adopt Package, requiring flexibility and close collaboration throughout delivery.
