In recent days the issues relating to the Coronavirus have escalated in the UK. Phase 3 have sound business continuity and emergency plans which have been tested regularly and were put into effect last week.

This means:

  • We recommended from last week that our teams work from home and reduce travel and onsite visits – this has been communicated with clients who had consultancy bookings
  • Our teams have access to work from home securely and with access to all business systems
  • Our teams are all trained to ensure data security when working remotely and follow the company IT policy
  • Our teams regularly work from home and are already based in multiple UK sites – this means we are already familiar with processes for home working and our services are designed to be delivered from multi sites, reducing the risks to our clients
  • Our managed services clients have been written to – confirming our plans to ensure we are able to continue to deliver services, which have now been put into effect.
