Join Personio and Phase 3 for an intimate evening dinner on 19th November, bringing together senior HR and People leaders to explore the pay reporting changes shaping 2027, what they mean for workforce data and employee trust, and what organisations can do now to prepare.

Over a three-course dinner, we’ll discuss the practical challenges organisations face when it comes to pay reporting — from understanding what your payroll data can and can’t currently tell you, to navigating the difference between pay gaps and equal pay, and preparing to explain the numbers to employees.

We’ll also explore the growing expectations around EU Pay Transparency reporting, UK gender pay gap action plans, and ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting, and consider what these changes mean for the relationship between HR, payroll and finance.

At the heart of the evening will be one key question:
