After multiple delays, SWR needed to migrate their data from their legacy system, which ceased to exist in April 2024, into PeopleXD. It was imperative that they met this final deadline after missing previous cut-offs.

A suite of reports was needed, which replicated their old reports as closely as possible co-operation and co-ordination from their third-party payroll partner were needed to extract and transform the data held externally.
System demonstrations and training were needed for staff to enhance the adoption of PeopleXD. Specific knowledge and expertise of the PeopleXD system was needed to successfully implement the new system.
