Dean is a seasoned technology executive with a long track record of growing businesses and transitioning them through ownership cycles. Recently, Dean was CEO of CoreHR before its sale to the Access Group where he went on to become President of their HCM division. Today, Dean serves as CEO of Forterro, a Pan European ERP company focused on the mid-market. Dean is also Chairman and Co-Founder of Forbes Family Group, a social enterprise focused on social mobility.
