Phase 3 strengthens its board with the addition of Geoff Smith to support business growth and transformation

Monday 16^th December 2024 – Phase 3, leading providers of digital transformation solutions across HR, Payroll and Finance with over 20 years of experience, announced today that Geoff Smith has joined as their new board member, in a partnership designed to drive business growth in the digital transformation sphere.

Geoff is an Executive Business Leader, Advisor and Investor with almost 30 years of experience and a track record of successful business transformation and growth strategy delivery. Geoff has worked in a variety of roles including Managing Director of Capita, the Chief Executive of one of Financial Times Europe’s 1000 Fastest-Growing Organisations, and was named one of LDC’s Top 50 Ambitious Leaders. Now working as an advisor, Chair, and Non-Executive Director at several businesses in the human capital sphere his approach to change management, diversity of thought, and digital transformation, aligning well with Phase 3’s goals and direction.
