Geoff is an Executive Business Leader, Advisor and Investor with almost 30 years of experience and a track record of successful business transformation and growth strategy delivery. Geoff has worked in a variety of roles including Managing Director of Capita, the Chief Executive of one of Financial Times Europe’s 1000 Fastest-Growing Organisations, and was named one of LDC’s Top 50 Ambitious Leaders. Now working as an advisor, Chair, and Non-Executive Director at several businesses in the human capital sphere his approach to change management, diversity of thought, and digital transformation, aligning well with Phase 3’s goals and direction.
