Sometimes outsourcing payroll makes the best sense.

But with such a business critical function how do you know your managed payroll provider can cut the mustard? In 2019 a client approached us to discuss outsourcing their payroll. A large group of establishments with over 5,000 employees paid on 4 weekly and monthly cycles with 6 PAYE reference numbers. Their previous Payroll Manager had announced their intention to leave the business and the remainder of the team felt that outsourcing the payroll would be the easiest option, even though it may be a challenge due to the complexity of the payrolls.
