Technical Implementation
We partner with a number of HR Technology suppliers and act as the implementation team or service integrator for their products. Our HRIS consultants have experience in a wide range of HR solutions including standalone HR solutions, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning Management and Performance Management.
As well as our partnerships, we offer independent expertise in a number of solutions including iTrent, CoreHR and Sage People .
Implementation as a Service
Our implementation as a service offer covers the entire implementation of the software including: Data Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Solution design and scoping, configuration and build, process reviews, security and setup, communications and engagement, project management, training, testing, go live planning and rollout and lessons learned with a handover to business as usual (BAU) support.
Quality Assurance and Implementation Review
Where the vendor has implemented the software, our team of implementation specialists can quality review the entire project and build, holding the supplier to the project plan and ensuring adequate resources have been applied from the supplier to ensure project success. This arrangement helps assure a robust implementation which is future-proof and fit for purpose.
Testing Support
Testing should always be carried out by the customer or a third party to avoid the software vendor being the ‘pupil marking their own homework’. Our independent test specialists will test your new solution, provide failure reports and recommendations for fixes, as well as ensuring the solution delivers against the agreed scope and design documentation.
