We partner with a number of Finance Technology suppliers and act as the implementation team or service integrator for their products. Our team have experience in a wide range of Finance solutions with our partners, but also offer consultants with expertise in other third party products/systems.
As well as our partnerships we offer independent expertise in a number of solutions including Sage Intacct Unit4 and Sage 50.
Implementation as a Service
Our implementation as a service offer covers the entire implementation of the software including: Data Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Solution design and scoping, configuration and build, process reviews, security and setup, communications and engagement, project management, training, testing, parallel running, go live planning and rollout and lessons learned with a handover to business as usual (BAU) support or our managed services team.
Quality Assurance and Implementation Review
Where the vendor has implemented the software our team of finance implementation specialists can quality review the entire project and build, holding the supplier to the project plan and ensuring adequate resources have been applied from your and the supplier to ensure project success. This arrangement helps assure a robust implementation which is future proof and fit for purpose.
Testing should always be carried out by the customer or a third party to avoid the software vendor being the ‘pupil marking their own homework’. Our independent test specialists will test your new solution, provide failure reports and recommendations for fixes, as well as ensuring the solution delivers against the agreed scope and design documentation.
