As an HR Advisor, you’ll be tasked with advising, coaching and influencing customers’ HR decisions and processes from an outsourced standpoint.
You’ll work across the full range of generalist issues, undertaking usual day-to-day HR practices as well as advising small businesses on recruitment, reward and engagement strategies.
A significant part of the role will be ensuring new and existing clients have accurate, up to date and legally compliant contracts and policies in place which meet the needs of their business.
Working under the guidance of an experienced HR Consultant, you will be able to learn and up-skill,whilst advising and guiding clients via telephone and in writing.
Your role will also involve:
At least two years’ HR advisory experience
A CIPD Level 3 qualification
Sound HR knowledge from a practical sense
Good knowledge of all aspects of drafting Contracts of Employment
A passion for HR and helping businesses succeed
Experience of working with at least one type of HR platform
A good level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office technologies
Ability to work confidently at speed and multi-task
A CIPD Level 5 qualification would be beneficial to your application.
