Our External Impact

Our External Impact

Our team value the work that many not-for-profit organisations undertake, recognising that often a barrier for those organisations is raising vital funds.

Each month our team nominate a chosen charity which we support by completing challenges or competitions internally and with our clients.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

At Phase 3 we are keen to demonstrate our commitment to reducing the negative impact we may have as a business on all aspects of society, including economic, social and environmental.  As such our Corporate social responsibility (CSR) Policy sets out how we as a business operate across these broad areas with the aim to raise awareness both internally and externally of our efforts.

Corporate social responsibility is a self-regulating business model that helps a company be socially accountable to itself, its stakeholders, and the public. By practicing corporate social responsibility, companies can be conscious of the kind of impact they are having on all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental.

To engage in CSR means that, in the ordinary course of business, Phase 3 is operating in ways that enhance society and the environment instead of contributing negatively to them. Read our full CSR Policy here.
